Chest flex after an awesome chest workout.  I took this picture primarily because of the fullness and striations that were visible at the time.  During this time of my life, I was teaching 2-3 group fitness classes per week at our local Gold's Gym, which resulted in low body fat levels. This chest routine also incorporated "strip sets to failure" at least once per week at the end of the workout.
